I have arrived in Liwonde, Malawi, with 6 suitcases of medicines and equipment.

There was a minor hold-up at the airport with officials looking at 1 suitcase - they made me taste the Erythromycin medication to make sure it was safe! They took 2 packets of Erythromycin for the record and then I was dismissed.

Today in Bob & Regina’s volunteer accommodation sorting out the suitcases for village clinics to start tomorrow.

I’m looking forward to 2 volunteers, Aly and Simran (volunteers from Wellington, New Zealand), coming over to help me in the TroppoDoc clinics next week.
